The Commonwealth of Virginia is currently developing its 2-year modification of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) Combined State Plan for the period of July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2028. We invite the public to review the draft and provide feedback. The public comment period will be open from April 6 through April 17, 2026.
