The Executive Committee is responsible for ensuring effective board governance and responsiveness. Its duties include reviewing and recommending amendments to bylaws and other governance documents, approving reports submitted to the Governor, and addressing urgent federal, state, or local workforce matters that arise between full Board meetings.
