Patrick J. Dean

Patrick J. Dean is President of ABC Virginia Chapter (ABC-VA) since 1992. Prior to that, in 1985, he came on board with ABC National, working in other areas of the country learning the association and advancing in building membership.

His leadership has brought the ABC Virginia Chapter from a small 170 member association to an impressive 600+ members strong and 3 branch offices. He is largely responsible for transforming the chapter into one that leads in construction trade education. Pat is also well versed as a presenter in some of ABC-VA’s course offerings such as Construction 101, the Leadership Institute, and 7 Habits of Franklin Covey.

Pat has also been instrumental in developing and expanding the Young Professionals group knowing they are the key to the future and play an important role if the Chapter is to remain strong for generations ahead.
