Career Discovery Day is a hands-on career exploration event connecting students and job seekers with local manufacturing and skilled trades employers in the Hampton Roads region. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet employers, learn about career pathways, training requirements, and entry-level opportunities, and participate in guided facility tours at participating companies.
