First, you and your consultant will ensure your company’s eligibility through the State Apprenticeship Minimum Standards.
Click here to tell us more about your business and get matched with your consultant.
Second, you and your consultant will complete a Work Process Schedule. This is a detailed outline of what your apprentice will learn on the job.
Third, you’ll work together on a classroom-based learning plan that complements the apprentice’s on-the-job training. We call this Related Technical Instruction.
Fourth and finally, you’ll officially register your apprenticeship program by completing just four forms and uploading them to your account in our RAPIDS database. RAPIDS is also where you register and keep track of the apprentices you bring on board.
With these four simple steps, your Registered Apprenticeship Program will be up and running. When you’re ready to start identifying potential apprenticeship candidates, we can help with that, too.
Tell us about your business, and we’ll match you with a consultant.

Looking for your next opportunity?
Registered Apprenticeship (RA) programs consist of paid on-the-job training combined with related technical instruction, creating a pathway to industry-recognized credentials and long-term career success.
RA is employer driven, meaning you must be hired by an employer sponsor before you can be officially registered as an apprentice.

If you are currently working for an employer that is not a registered sponsor, they can reach out to a local Registered Apprenticeship Consultant (RAC) here to get started.
