Event Description:
Career Discovery Day is a hands-on career exploration event connecting students and job seekers with local manufacturing and skilled trades employers in the Hampton Roads region. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet employers, learn about career pathways, training requirements, and entry-level opportunities, and participate in guided facility tours at participating companies.

This event is designed to help individuals explore in-demand careers in advanced manufacturing and skilled trades, including opportunities that offer on-the-job training, apprenticeships, and long-term career growth.
